What led you to working at Gone?
I grew up outdoors and Patagonia has always featured in our family exploits (camping, hiking, fly fishing, trail running). Naturally, after reading Let My People Go Surfing, and a love for connecting with people, Gone. is a match made in heaven.

The Nano Air Hoody - super functional and just looks awesome.
What’s the one thing you think that people don’t know about the Patagonia brand?
Its values - one of them being “Cause no unnecessary harm.” Environmental activism has been a part of Patagonia from its inception. 1% of the total sales of the company, or 10% of the profits, whichever is the greater, is given to environmental groups. This was very rare in the clothing industry - Patagonia set an inspiring example.
Your favourite weekend escape / micro-adventure?
Tranquilitas Adventure Farm (Waterval Boven). Camp, mountain biking, climbing and trail running - Paradise! And there's loads of hiking trails nearby...
What is your ultimate /dream outdoor-adventure trip?
Road trip from Mexico to Canada to see as many national parks as possible. With as many MTB rides in rad places as possible.

Acting and public speaking - I did Speech and Drama from the age of 7 to 18.
