How many times can you run/hike the route?
You can run / hike the course as many times as you like during the month to get more entries. Just sign up for another number - so we have your entries in the spreadsheet :)

Can you run the route in reverse?
You are most welcome to - but for this competition we will only count the runs you do from Longmarket to High Constantia

What if you want to do a different route, but in the same direction?
That's 100% fine! Explore trails, have fun and fuel the stoke! As long as you sign up and make your way from Gone. Longmarket Street to Gone. High Constantia, on foot, you will qualify for the lucky draws. BUT...if you want to contend for the speed prizes, then you need to run the Segment as is
Why is there so much road?
We want to encourage everyone to participate - trail runners, cyclists, hikers... anyone and everyone! So, we chose a route across the mountain that is accommodating for those not familiar with trails or perhaps the distance.

Is Strava a requirement?
It's not... unless you are contending for the fastest time - then we'd need you to have a Strava profile, that is set to public - so that your run will appear on the Segment.

Is the race number compulsory?
No, it's not. You won't be disqualified for not wearing it. You do however have to sign up and complete the run to qualify for the lucky draw.
