Workshop 01.
1 October

How to Hill Repeat

8am at Gone. High Constantia store
Start with an easy warmup followed by a short practical learning session of hill repeats.
Explanation of session structure, key focuses, approach, purpose, etc.
Cool down back to the store, followed by a Q&A session.

Workshop 02.
8 October

Strength, form & conditioning training

8am at Gone. High Constantia store
The session will start off in-store with the theory of why strength, form and conditioning are relevant and important as well as what constitutes good running form.
From there we'll work through a number of drills and exercises that reinforce running-specific strength, form and conditioning.
This session is typically a lot of fun and very interactive. Q&As take place throughout the workshop.

Workshop 03.
22 October

Introduction to Speedwork

8am at Gone. High Constantia store
This workshop will start with a conversation around speedwork and key focus areas.
This will be followed by a practical session outdoors, led by Iain.
Cool down back to the store and then a Q&A session.

Workshop 04.
29 October

Improve your technical trail running ability

8am at Gone. High Constantia store
This session will focus on breaking down the individual components that make up technical "skills" and their relevance.
We'll go through the practical components and which drills and exercises to implement to improve these.
This workshop will be followed by a short group run.
