Sentinel Trail Challenge Starts
SOA has launched its first Trail Running Challenge and we are so here for it. A punchy, technical 8km route starting and finishing at the Sentinel Cafe in Hout Bay. You’ve got until the 16th of December to claim the crown or just to have fun - for a great cause!

Tuesday Trails
Every Tuesday a running community comes together. The race week edition of TT is a special one, bringing 300+ runners together. A celebration of Table Mountain and community. Meet at Kloof Nek, Town side.

Run to the Source Film Screening
& Panel Discussion [SOLD OUT]
Martin Johnson embarks on his most challenging run, as he explores the connection between Black British history and the River Thames.
Come join us for a screening of Patagonia's 'Run To the Source', with special guest, Patagonia athlete, Martin Johnson. The short film will be followed by a panel discussion around the topic of inclusivity in trail running. Moderated by Sean Robson, with panelists; Martin Johnson, Shafeeqah Gordon, Mike Obery, and Josh Chigome.

UTCT Kicks Off!
The most anticipated race of the year, our office's hot topic, kicks off on Friday the 25th of November. While half of the team will be racing, the other half is on support duty, and we cannot wait to soak up all the good vibes.
30 November
Last Wednesday Run (of the year)
All good things must come to an end, or well, at least, come to a pause! Let's compare our race war stories and celebrate one super fun year of community runs on the 30th of November. There will be running, pizza, beer, friends, dogs, and maybe even a sneaky treasure hunt... Only one way to find out, see you then!

Powerpoint Party with Naomi Brand
Ever gone to a Powerpoint party? Neither have we! But we've heard it's pretty awesome, so we're giving a shot. Gone. store ambassador, Naomi Brand has a few extraordinary stories up her sleeve. After our Wednesday run, head downstairs to our store and join us for some chats about running, racing, recovering, and New Zealand van life with Naomi.
