Give the people a short description of your MicroAdventure.
Our mission was to visit the Bushman paintings in Cat's Cave, spend the night in Zulu Cave and hike to the top of iNtunja, the highest peak in the little berg at 2408 m, before heading back to our hut above Monks Cowl Forestry Station.
We brought along a fly rod in hope of some trout for dinner, unfortunately to no avail. We dined on biltong pasta and fell asleep to the sound of the waterfall that gushes over the mouth of Zulu Cave, grateful that none of us could hear the others' snores.
The next morning we made good speed to the top of iNtunja and ran the remainder of the way home where we were welcomed by a six-pack of ice cold beers we had left in the river for our return.
