Fixing your gear and using it for many seasons reduces overall consumption, which is good for your wallet (more money for trail snacks!) and even better for the planet.

This is why Patagonia builds the highest-quality gear that has an ironclad guarantee.
Bring us your most loved (and abused) piece of clothing and we’ll repair it!

Step 07.

RECEIVE A MAIL THAT SAYS YOUR GEAR IS READY!

Come and pick up your Repaired gear, as good as “new”! Usually takes about 2 weeks (Depending on how busy we are!)
We will however keep you informed on the status of your repair.

Unfortunately, not every garment has the option to a second life.

Here are a few things that we are unable to repair :

- Delaminated items (interior lining flaking off due to the garment reaching it's lifespan).
- Threadbare items (fabric that's become thin and tattered due to age).
- Wetsuits that have reached their lifespan.
- Replenishing down clusters. We cannot replenish garments, but can patch it up to stop loss.
- Hidden/invisible zippers. We only replace with a normal zipper.
- Boxers, briefs and socks
- Select luggage
- Shoes
- Pilled fleece/sweaters (try these tips to remove pills)
- Stains (check out this stain removal guide)

If we determine your item is beyond repair, we will communicate it with you. You are welcome to donate any of these items to us to use for scrap fabrics.

Better than new.

Trade in your used gear

The best thing we can do for the planet is cutting down our consumption by keeping the gear we already own, in play for longer, by trading it in or fixing what can be fixed.

If you have an old Patagonia item that is just sitting around, we’ll give you credit towards your next purchase at the Gone. store.

Credit amount will be determined in store based on the value and condition of your used garment.
