Exchanges & Returns
We guarantee everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to our store for a repair, replacement or refund.
Here is how:

NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED?
If your product does not match the description on our website, you can return it within 10 days of receiving it.
Options:
* Exchange for another product.
* Receive a Gift Card for the full value (issued the same day we receive your return).
* Receive a cash refund via EFT (processed within 7 working days of receiving your return).
Products must be unused and undamaged, with original labels and stickers attached.
We’ll arrange a free courier collection or you can return it to any of our stores.
IT DOESN’T FIT?
Items (except underwear) can be exchanged for a different size within 10 days, provided the size is available.
If the size isn’t available, you can:
* Receive a Gift Card or cash refund.
Sale items are excluded from cash refunds.
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for a gift card of the same value.
Products must be unused and undamaged, with original labels and stickers attached.
Exchanges are free—the first courier collection is on us—or you can exchange items in-store.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Items (except, underwear, bikini bottoms, and books) can be returned within 10 days. Electronic items must be unopened in their original packaging.
Options:
* Receive a Gift Card
* Receive a cash refund via EFT (processed within 7 working days).

Sale items can be exchanged or returned for a gift card of the same value.

Return process:
Courier collection available for R100 (deducted from your refund).
In-store returns are free.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS?
A defect is a manufacturing fault that makes a product unfit for its intended use.
If your product is defective, return it within 10 days.
Options (subject to inspection):
* Replacement with the same item (if available).
* Receive a Gift Card or refund.

DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?
If your item is damaged or missing parts upon delivery, notify us within 10 days.
We’ll collect the product from you for free and offer:
*A repair or replacement (if available).
* A Gift Card for the full value.
WEAR AND TEAR
We want your gear to last. Just because your Jacket has a hole in it doesn't mean it's broken. We'll help you repair it, or if you are not able to we can do it for you.
Damage due to wear and tear on Patagonia items can be repaired free of charge.
