Mens R1 Impact Suit

Worn alone or under a wetsuit, the R1® Impact Suit features 1.5mm neoprene, a high-stretch 100% recycled polyester lining and flexible foam panels for increased flotation and body protection in heavy and hazardous surf. Made for all temperatures.

Developed in collaboration with Patagonia ambassadors Kohl Christensen and Ramón Navarro, the R1® Impact Suit provides purpose-built body protection for increased safety in the heaviest and most hazardous surf. Suitable for all temperatures, lined with stretchy 100% recycled polyester and made from high-quality 1.5mm neoprene that meets our rigorous standards for strength, durability and flex, the vest can be by worn by itself in warm water or under a full suit in cooler conditions. The anatomically placed 25mm EVA foam panels offer impact cushioning for the core while allowing unrestricted motion; a zipperless step-in side entry and flatlock seam construction provide streamlined comfort and hold the suit close to your body through the strongest hydraulic turbulence. Exterior face fabric is durable, water-resistant 88% recycled polyester/12% spandex.
