Defective

  • A defective item is defined as having a material manufacturing imperfection rendering it unfit for its design intent. 
  • We check all our products before we ship them. On the off chance you receive a defective item please inform us within 7 days.
  • Defective goods can be returned and once inspected and declared undamaged or defective, we will issue you a refund within 7 workings days. Returns must include a  reason for the return.

Damaged

  • A damaged item is defined as a manufacturing imperfection that is not considered material
  • Wear & Tear damage is considered normal and is caused by a product being used for its original design intent.
  • We check all our products before we ship them. On the off chance you receive a damaged item please inform us within 7 days.
  • Damaged goods can be returned and once inspected and declared undamaged or defective, we will issue you a refund within 7 workings days. Returns must include a  reason for the return.
  • Items damaged due to wear & tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
